Scope
Carrying out of R&D on production, modernization, repair and implementation of special and dual purpose products at the enterprises of the Ministry.Preparation of proposals and carrying out activities on development and updating of commercial and dual purpose products.
Carrying out R&D on elaboration of alternative energy sources
Organization of brainpower preparation on the base of local & foreign colleges.
